• This recognises that Springlands provides ongoing personal and career development for all members of the staff. At the time we were the record holders in the number of days this was achieved. The Head-boy from Philip Morant School presented it to us. Samuel Bullard is an ex-Springlands Child!
• Very Good OfSTED Inspection Report - "Staff give high priority to the progression of the children’s learning, based on what the children already know".
• Springlands became one of three nurseries to form the Colchester Childcare Connection.
